Error packing lineage

I get this error message when i try to pack lineage with lineage.exe

its prob your firewall or security program, turn it off, pack it, turn it on after,
happens to me.

the error is in korean or i would tell you. I don't know why it is since i have the english version. I tried pausing my AV and still got the same error

did you try reinstalling and did you follow the install guide to a "T"? @_@

I have reinstalled 3 times. Each time after i uninstalled i deleted my temp folder
